The principle of composite fabric production

• The core components of composite equipment are gluing device and composite device

• 1 The gluing device is an engraving roller and a gluing silicone pressure roller. There are two general point shapes of the engraving roller: diamond point and round point. The diamond-shaped dots are actually square dots. The dots are arranged regularly and the distance between the dots is consistent. The water pressure resistance is relatively good. There are two types of circular dots: regular arrangement and irregular arrangement. Irregular arrangement is more frequently used. Irregularly arranged points are called computer points, CP for short, which refers to the irregular arrangement of points in a unit area. Because the distance between points is not consistent, the water pressure resistance is relatively weak. In actual production, it is necessary to determine which shape point to use according to the characteristics of the fabric and the requirements of the customer.

2 The compound device on the hot melt machine is composed of a steel roller and a rubber pressing roller. The compound device on the oil glue machine consists of a large heating wheel and three rubber pressure rollers.

3 When the film (face cloth) passes through the gluing device, it is squeezed by the gluing press roller, and the glue in the glue eye of the engraving roller is forced to transfer to the film (face cloth), and then press the composite device to obtain the initial adhesion. Fastness.

• Oil glue compound

1 Oil glue is a mixture of raw rubber and a certain proportion of additives, generally containing solvents such as DMF, MEK, TOL, etc., but after volatilization in the oven and hot pressing of the composite wheel, the solvent content will be greatly reduced.

2 To achieve the best washing and peeling effect, the maturation condition of the oil glue is 60℃×7day, so that the solvent components in the oil glue can be volatilized to the maximum.

• Hot melt composite

1 Hot melt adhesive is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. It does not contain any chemical solvents and is an environmentally friendly composite adhesive.

2 The maturation condition of hot melt adhesive is 30 ℃ room temperature, humidity ﹥90%, placed for 72 hours, then the final peeling effect can be achieved.

The composition equation of composite fabrics: The finished products purchased from two kinds of fabrics (see the woven fabric or knitted fabric process) --> Composite membrane factory --> Mid-term maintenance treatment plant --> Post-finishing plant --> The fabric is composited Each batch of fabrics must be effectively maintained. The reverse fabric is laminated (the film is a transparent material similar to nylon film), bonded with chemical materials, and then maintained. The longer the maintenance process , The fastness to the fabric and the degree of fusion of the adhesive are better. Generally, domestic adhesives require three days of maintenance time, and imported adhesives need five days or longer. It is necessary to make the adhesive fully Incorporating into the fabric and the film, the length of time will also affect the subsequent bonding effect with the front fabric. The maintenance and treatment workshop is completely enclosed. It is necessary to maintain a certain temperature and humidity indoors to allow the adhesive to blend naturally. If the temperature is increased for quick completion, although it can speed up the operation of the finished product, it often happens. During the sewing process of the fabric, the fabric yarn is broken by needles, and the hand feel becomes hard. There will be a rustling sound when rubbing against each other, indicating that the adhesive is cured on the fabric and the fabric yarn becomes hard. If you are making composite fabrics, you must pay enough time to the composite manufacturer, and don't lose too much.

After the maintenance treatment of the negative side is completed, the front fabric is compounded, and the same maintenance treatment is required. It is worth noting that when the front side is compounded, the front and back fabrics should be aligned with the silk strands to avoid serious weft skews and straight threads. Phenomena such as twisting.

It should be emphasized that the composite fabric cannot be recombined. Even if the material is used for stripping, it will greatly affect the yarn of the fabric and become harder and harder. Since the lamination adhesive uses chemical materials, it will have a certain physical reaction to nylon fabrics. Therefore, it is recommended that customers use polyester fabrics, which can effectively control the color of the fabric before and after the compound. , Water pressure resistance and air permeability index have a certain influence. The composite fabrics often have irregular edges. Therefore, the composite factory must be required to trim the edges, so as to facilitate cutting.
