Cashmere Rib Knit Fabric

Material: Cashmere is a fine, soft hair from goats, known for its softness, warmth, lightness and good breathability. Cashmere fibers are small in fineness, usually between 14 and 17 microns in diameter, which makes cashmere products extremely comfortable to the touch.

Weaving method: Rib knit is a special knitting method. Manufacturing Process

Rib knitting has elasticity in direction. The direction is transverse. Rib knitting is not a one-size-fits-all type of fabric. But its ribbing design is full of different fabrics. Because of the rising ribbing, both sides of the fabric are the same. Rib knitting can be of several types due to the ribbing design. This ribbing design can be put on almost any fabric.

Rib knitting requires two sets of needles. These needle sets operate on each other. However, these stitches are knitted on the fabric face: the wales of both the front and back stitches are there. These fabrics are knitted on machines with a knitting pattern with a double needle group.

Care and precautions

Gentle washing: Cashmere products need gentle washing to avoid damaging the fibers. It is recommended to use a professional cashmere detergent and follow the washing instructions for washing.

Lay flat to dry: Cashmere products should be laid flat to dry after washing, and avoid hanging to dry, which may cause the clothes to deform.

Avoid high temperatures: Cashmere products are not resistant to high temperatures, so they should be avoided from direct contact with hot objects when ironing or storing.
