Technical Parameters

Polypropylene mesh fabrics, also known as polypropylene mesh fabrics, are a mesh material woven from polypropylene fibers.

Polypropylene mesh fabrics are made of polypropylene (PP), a thermoplastic resin material with excellent chemical stability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It is usually polymerized from propylene monomers and is a synthetic material. Polypropylene mesh fabrics have good air permeability, water permeability and filtration due to its unique mesh structure, while maintaining the lightweight, durable and easy processing characteristics of polypropylene materials.

Knitted mesh fabrics can be made from a variety of fibers, including natural fibers and synthetic fibers. Commonly used fibers include cotton, polyester, nylon, spandex, and blends of these materials. The choice of fiber affects the durability, elasticity and texture of the fabric.

Various clothing and accessories

The unique properties of knitted mesh fabrics make them suitable for a variety of clothing and accessories, including:

Tops and T-shirts: Meshes are often used to make fashionable and breathable tops and T-shirts with urban or sporty styles.

Sportswear: Mesh panels or entire garments are incorporated into sportswear to improve ventilation during physical activities.

Dresses and Skirts: Mesh overlays can add an elegant and modern touch to dresses and skirts.

Accessories: Mesh is used to create accessories such as scarves, hats, bags and even footwear to add a fashionable element.

Knitting Process of Knitted Mesh

Yarn Feeding: Yarn is fed into a knitting machine, which consists of needles that form yarn loops.

Knitting: The needles interlace the yarn loops, creating larger gaps or holes between the stitches, creating the characteristic mesh structure.

Loop Forming: The needles alternate between two or more groups of yarn to create the desired mesh pattern.

Finished Fabric: Once knitting is complete, the fabric is removed from the machine and may go through other processes such as dyeing, finishing or cutting to create the final product.
